"Great for fending off bronchial and throat problems espeically during winter. As a singer, it works great post-show to sooth throat/vocal cord irratations from dry rooms and other enviornment hazzards."

Adults & children 12 years of age & older: 1-2 teaspoonfuls every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 12 teaspoonfuls in a 24 hours period.
