Works Great I swear by this stuff...it knocks out any tough cough. I'm so glad I discovered this product...it works really well and it has way less junk in it then the big brands of cough syrup. It is actually clear...no colors added. As far as medicine goes...it doesn't taste that bad either. Adults & children 12 years of age & older: 1-2 teaspoonfuls every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 12 teaspoonfuls in a 24 hours period.
