Good if you like Rosemary
I like the fact that it is organic and that it doesn't have any GMO's. That's why I ordered it. I was looking for a replacement for 'Spike', because it has soy in it. Unfortunately, the strong taste of rosemary overpowers all the other spices.

fantastic blend of my favorite spices!!!
i use this product as a 'secret ingredient' in soups, stews, salads, eggs... almost anything i can think of! Only complaint i have is that i wish it came in larger containers!

a health foods version of mrs dash salt free
it sounded good. the ingredient list looked good. so i tried it. i sprinkled on salad. it wasn't my cup of tea. i think its better for use in cooking. it tasted like dried leaves to me. i use other braggs products the apple cider vinegar band the Hawaiian dressing. but this seasoning not for me. i found a great seasoning Eden Foods - Organic Gomasio Sesame Seeds & Sea Salt . boy was it good. i couldn't get enough of it. it has kelp , sea vegetable and roasted sesame seeds. its 90mg sodium but the taste is addictive. they make an organic sesame and sea vegetables one . i haven't tried it yet. there is another one i saw want to try.i think vitacost carries all of these.including chef paul prudhomme salt free no sugar gluten free seasonings.i know tons of restaurants use chef paul's seasonings on all their stuff. he knows what he is doing. his blends taste and smell great. if i knew what i was doing i'd try india spices because india food is so good. you feel better the next day after eating it. its great stuff.
