Smells good; not for serious rashes I would use this as every day protection but once a rash got going we found it did not help much at all. It smells great and I love that it free of the "bad stuff" but once the rash got more severe it did not help it. Also, it gets separated the longer you have it or if it sits unused for any period of time. January 9, 2013

just ok I’m not sure if it is just my daughter but this burns her immediately and she starts crying in pain so bad we have to rinse it off. My son doesn’t have a problem with it so I can use it on him and I have used it on my hands for some irritated spots without a problem and it did help. I do like the ingredients and would recommend it based on that. Burt’s Bees has worked very well for us on rashes and never bothered my daughter. I also contacted Burt’s Bees and they claim not to use any GMOs although it is not stated on the label and a couple of Burt’s Bees ingredients are suspect for GMO. August 20, 2012

The BEST diaper cream out there! Fabulous product - the moment my son starts showing signs of irritation or rash, all it takes is one application of this cream and it's gone. I love all CA Baby products so I'm not surprised at its quality. A necessity in my home! August 14, 2012

Apply an even layer for everyday protection and when a rash is present.
