I take this product for my skin and it actually does improve my skin! I had a sudden bout of hormonal acne after coming off from contraceptives and it was really bad. I've always had good skin and this really devastated me. My medication from the doctor's was giving me serious side effects so I stopped.
After reading that cod live oil has some effects on the skin I decided to try from Carlson, and slowly but surely my skin did improve. I noticed that if I stop taking it, my skin shows the effect of not taking it.

Auto ship
Love this product, no fishy aftertaste thanks to the big capsules and even my kids take these every day. I like this product so much I have it on auto-ship so I don't have to worry about running low or out.

Carlson Cod Liver Oil
I came back for more. I really like this product. I don't agree with other Omega 3's so this gives me what I need. I chose this and then found out that it is considered a great beneficial supplement. So how lucky am I. But then again it was sold by Vitacost.

I know cod liver oil is good for you but I can't take the oil. These capsules have no after taste and I know I'm doing something good for my body. Carlson products are very high quality. I will keep buying these.
