Mix one rounded teaspoonful into a full 8 ounce glass of water or liquid and drink immediately. Or sprinkle one rounded teaspoonful onto food and follow with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. Take 1 to 3 times daily. To avoid the digestive discomfort that may occur when initially increasing fiber intake, gradually increase the amount of Hi-Fiber taken from 1 to 3 teaspoonfuls daily to allow the body to adjust to a higher level of fiber.
