Very Tasty
If you expect these to be the consistency of a cinnamon roll made with traditional wheat flour dough, expect to be disappointed. If you are used to eating GF products, and you are just pretty darned tickled when you get to eat a baked good like everyone else, then these are going to make you happy. They were super easy to make, although I did roll mine out on parchment paper because it appeared they were probably going to stick to my board, and they turned out as expected. They are more like a biscuit dough, be careful to not overcook them or they get a bit hard, and I suggest eating them while they are still warm with a large spoonful of cream cheese frosting! I will buy them again!!

Adequate substitute
These do not rise much or get soft and fluffy like traditional cinnamon rolls but still taste very similar. The directions say to place in muffin tins, I assume so they don't unroll. While mine loosened slightly, they did not unroll but I will put them in smaller tins next time. I've only made them once so can't comment on consistent out-comes. Even though I'm gluten intolerant, prior to that knowledge, I've always been a "health nut" so the texture of these didn't bother me and I enjoyed them a few days old too. I didn't find them too dry or hard. For someone new to gluten free desserts or healthier desserts, I can understand their reaction. I will purchase again. I also added chopped pecan to the rolls. I didn't have any problem rolling them out.

Want a REFUND!
"Dough" is a cardboard consistency. I would like my money back.

yummy but not as pictured
i was disappointed when these didn't rise. and they unrolled a bit as well in the oven. after they have cooled the outside is a little hard while the inside stays nice and gooey. my mom and daughter both loved them and they were tasty, just a different outcome then i expected. i think next time i will roll them horizontally instead and make fewer but bigger buns. that might help.

GROSS
These cinnamon rolls tasted SO bad. They didn't rise or puff up at all - they were hard and tasted terrible. The recipe called for too much cinnamon, so they were bitter and not sweet at all. I ate one and threw the rest away.
