Why not make baking easy and fun for everyone? So that's just what we did. You'll love our recipes because they're easy to make, yet still taste homemade. Add a small can of unsweetened pumpkin puree, a little oil and water, mix and bake. That's it!
And we only use ingredients that are kind to the planet, and to you. Ingredients like organic unbleached flour and no refined sugars. Real vanilla and flavorful spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
By adding pumpkin puree at home, you're taking care to put three full servings of fruit into your baked goods too.

You will need: ½ cup oil (canola or vegetable oil) • ¼ cup water • 1 15 oz can of pureed pumpkin
Be sure to use pureed pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling, for this recipe.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Grease a 9" by 5" loaf pan with oil or butter.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree with oil, water and the Everything But The Pumpkin packet and mix thoroughly. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Lightly tap filled loaf pan on counter so batter settles evenly.
Bake on middle rack of oven for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Allow bread to cool in pan for 3-5 minutes before removing. Best served warm.
