Use in place of agave nectar.
I always use this in place of agave nectar. It has an excellent taste and is very low in the glycemic index. It is also not processed like other products including agave nectar. The price at Vitacost is much lower than at our local organic stores. Customer service is excellent.

I would recommend this product, but it was not the taste that I was going for.. I tend to use coconut sugar and create a syrup from it and thought that this would taste similar. This tastes more like molasses. I personally would not care for it on pancakes, etc. I wanted to use it as a sweetener for baked goods, but it is also a little thicker than anticipated. If u like molasses, you will love this. I purchased several bottles, so I will def find a way to use it that is suitable to me. Most likely use it to make bbq sauces, specialty sauces, etc...the taste seems perfect for that...

Super Sweet! A little goes a long way...
Coconut Nectar is now my preferred sweetener. It seems to be lower glycemic than other sweeteners and has a distinct sweet taste that - for me - has me cut down on ow much I need in my Raw treats recipes.

Looked at all the reviews that stated its good when added to coffee. Well, I tried it for myself and found the taste not so appealing. Not all sweetners work well with coffee and this is certainly one of them however, I think that this product would do well to sweeten other foods.
