Country Life Norwegian Kelp -- 225 mcg - 300 Tablets
a little extra
I take vitamins already that contain the same iodine content as this, but I figured I needed a little more vegetarian supplements in my diet so I bought these. They really energize me and are a lot easier to chew then my vitamins since they're kinda soft. They have a sort of fishy taste and smell to them, but nothing offputting or gross. The tablet count is also very generous, which makes the purchase worth the while. 0u0

Great for Energy
My doctor recommended this and within a week, I finally had
energy. Found myself back outside working on lawn.

These tablets are great. They don't smell bad, they don't have an icky taste, and they are easy to swallow. I've been taking one every day, and I can't say that they make me feel better- that would be relative- but they do give me that "doing something good for my body" feeling. The price is great for a large bottle, too!

World's perfect food.
Norwegian Kelp provides several additional benefits. It contains over 13 vitamins, minerals, amino acids. Included in that list are vitamins A, D, E, and K and contains riboflavin, thiamin, niacin, and vitamins B6 and B12. It is a good source of calcium, magnesium, choline, iron, zinc, selenium, biotin, Iodine and dietary fiber.
I highly recommend Norwegian Kelp. I take one tablet everyday.
