It's okay
My wife's biggest complaint was not with the quality of the actual vitamin but the fact that much of the capsule leaked or some how a considerable amount of the product was on the bottom of the bottle instead of in the capsule.

Great brand
This brand always has good products. B6 can be used to increase the effectiveness of magnesium.
