Great Product I used cyto gainer a year ago when first trying to gain weight and used many other proteins after that. I found myself ordering Cyto gainer once again because its the perfect blend for me. The value for the BCAAs and protein is great. Also the perfect amount of carbs (not totally lean but also not a hard gainer). I could go without the added creatine, but its no problem. Highly suggest. June 25, 2011

Just make sure you know how to use it. Hasn't worked very good for me, may be cause I don't know what other supplement I should be using with it. It helps me keep my muscle tone but hasn't helped me increase volume or anything else. Greath flavor though. January 2, 2009

Mix 2 scoops (75g) into 8-10 fl-oz water / Mix 4 scoops (150g) into 16-20 fl-oz water

The optimal time for a serving of CYTOGAINER is 30-45 minutes immediately after your workout. This timing is critical because your muscles absorb approximately 80% of the aminos and carbs necessary to help them grow during the two hour period immediately following exercise. For additional carbs, protein, and energy take CYTOGAINER as a snack or meal replacement.

CytoSport products complement a healthful eating and hydration plan that, when combined with a balanced exercise program may contribute to healthy weight management and recovery from exercise.
