Good overall cleanser Effective cleanser for oily or combination skin especially. The only downside is it very watery....a bit difficult to apply without waste. I poured some into a squirt tube which helps. April 22, 2013

Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean™ Face Wash - Original Oily and Combination Skin Directions

Moisten face with warm water and gently massage a small amount of cleanser in circular motions onto cheeks, chin, forehead and neck, avoiding contact with eyes. Continue for approximately one minute, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Follow this procedure twice daily.
