Deva Vegan Omega-3 DHA Lemon -- 2 fl oz
I see how other reviewers have used very strong words to describe this product like: foul, revolting, gross, but I actually really like this stuff, I’ve been taking it for years and don’t even taste it anymore. I put a few drops on a spoon before I take my flax seed oil. I think the strong taste they are referring to is testament to how high quality this DHA is. Want to taste something foul? Try the fish oil DHA, now that’s fishy; this stuff is WAY better and gotten straight from the source and cheaper than the capsules. 5 Stars.

I don't eat fish products so I thought this would be a good alternative. When I received it, the whole box smelled fishy. Actually thought it came spoiled, called the company and they said that the smell should mimic the true fish oils. So, I did try one dose, it was so gross, the taste was in my mouth for what seemed like forever. I couldnt bear to take another dose. I had left bottle out on counter and even upon coming home from work, the whole house smelled like a fish market---even with the bottle closed on the counter! This went right into the trash, far away from the house.. Oh well.

Deva Vegan Omega-3 DHA
I am sorry, but this is the foulest tasting product I have ever come across. A few tiny drops in a large smoothie changed the flavor so much the smoothie had to be thrown out. It definitely couldn't be taken out of the bottle.
I ordered this product because of its price and the fact that it looked like a good vegan product. I will go with capsules next time.

Tastes SOOO Funky!
I'm taking this because I am a breastfeeding vegetarian mom and babies need this for brain and eye development. But it really is foul! I was taking vegan DHA in capsule form during my pregnancy, and got the liquid this time because it's a little cheaper that way, but next time I will definitely spring for the capsules! THE ONLY WAY I can get this down is dropped on top of a couple ounces of organic pineapple juice, which is thicker than other juice, not stir it, just let it sit on top as much as possible, then take it like a shot. Drink it right before bed if it gives you burps that taste like low tide. I had that problem for a week or so, but now it doesn't bother me. The taste still revolts me, though--why is it bubble gum flavored? Who thought that fish and bubble gum would be a good taste combination?
