Very Cooling The balm works great and is VERY cooling after a minute or 2. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's not very convenient to use out of the little tub. I'm not sure of a better way to package it but I'm sure someone can. Their New Mama Bottom spray is a much more convenient to use product but the balm is much more cooling and soothing for a healing bottom. June 26, 2012

It Burns!! Ouch!! I put this stuff on intact skin that was just irritated and it stung and burned, and finally after about 5 minutes it had dulled down enough to feel ok. Thank goodness I tried it out before birth! I really didnt need to deal with extra pain and stinging while trying to enjoy my newborn! I did contact Earth Mama Angel Baby, and they asked for the info from the bottom of the can, and then told me that there was nothing wrong with that batch so it shouldn’t have stung, and therefore they would not offer a refund or exchange. Gee, thanks! I was not at all impressed with their customer service or product support! June 14, 2012
