Nice workout when sitting
It works! Find it gives a nice little workout for your feet and lower legs while sitting. As others noted, the rubber bands slip off frequently - that is the only downside I have found.

Disappointing
I bought this as a gift for someone else and I'm very disappointed with it. One of the rubber bands pops off when you roll it, and the ridges are too flat. The foot roller I have at home (which someone gave to me years ago) is more contoured and has more pronounced ridges that massage much more effectively. The softer ridges might be fine for some people, but the rubber band popping off is very annoying. The Earth Therapeutics roller is better than nothing, I suppose, but there must be better ones out there.

Simple relief
I bought this with item 073377093845 and keep it under my cube at work. Simple to use, cheap and very effective if rolled on flat carpet. The other isn't quite as good but can be used at home on hardwood floors.
