Separates/Watery Seems to work ok, but apparently separates/does not remain consistent in the tube so that when you squeeze the tube, sometimes you get "paste", but often times you get a watery fluid instead and thus can create quite mess. November 14, 2012

Good but.. Like others have said, this product is watery. This is our second tube of this and the 1st was not as bad. We still love that it is natural and I will just deal with a little water here and there. April 30, 2012

It's Just OK I'm not too crazy about the consistency of this product. When I tried sqeezing the cream out, a lot of liquid came out with it and it was messy. Second, it didn't keep my baby protected compared to other creams. April 21, 2010

Not the best diaper ointment on the market but the best for the money. Great for everyday use but we have to use more expensive brands when diaper rash becomes severe. May 30, 2009
