Great Price for Coconut Flour
This is an excellent flour. I bought it when it was on sale and have used it in many recipes. Very good price from Vitacost on the healthiest flour available!

Yum!!
I've just recently started using grain-free flours and I can't imagine going back- they just give everything such great flavour! I particularly like using this flour in pancakes and sweets. When I am having a craving for some 'dough' (I LOVE cookie dough) I will mix about a tbsp. of this with a tbsp. of PB2 and add a bit of almond milk until it reaches the dough consistency- Amazing! Shouldn't be sharing my bad habits here but if you like those kind of sweet treats every now and again, I think you'll enjoy :)

Great Coconut Flour
This is great coconut flour. I substitute about 1/2 cup coconut flour for 1 cup almond flour in recipies (don't use more than half coconut flour in a recipie--make sure the other half is another flour), then add about 1/4 cup more liquid (for each 1/2 cup coconut flour substituted), and most recipies have turned out very well. It changes the taste/texture a little since it is more dense, and requires a little more stevia/sweetner, but it adds the fiber that is so good for you!
