The product is yeast free
Most yeast free bread I have found in the past was quite healthy, with whole grains, etc. This bread was quite plain - just like wonder bread, only tougher. I didn't feel like it had much nutritional value!

Skip It
Yuck. I know it's tough to make a gluten-free AND yeast-free bread, but others have done it better. The flavor, density, and texture of this bread were all wrong. I couldn't even finish the loaf.

the taste and texture of a SPONGE!! Horrible stuff
Do not waste your money on this plain white rice loaf, it is literally like eating a sponge (I choked [and gagged] many times while trying to get that horrible stuff down). Tasteless, DRY, HORRIBLE!!!!! I cannot stress how bad this stuff is...It is torture trying to eat it and I had decided to just go without yeast-free bread until Ener-G came up with the White Rice FLAX BREAD (also gluten/yeast/sugar free) but that is DELICIOUS! Don't waste your time or money on this garbage.

Tastes Good
I am on wheat-free, yeast-free diet and this is the only bread I can eat. I admit it doesn't taste that wonderful, but if it's this or no bread at all, I'll take it! My favorite way to eat it is toasted with some natural peanut butter and a little jelly on top.
I've found it works best to store the bread in the freezer and thaw a few pieces out when you think you might like some. It does go moldy pretty fast if just left in the fridge.

Great for Anti-fungal Diet
I can't eat yeast, wheat, or sugar, so this bread is great for me. It tastes a little dry, but well-toasted and smeared with almond butter, it is delicious (especially for someone who dearly misses 'real' bread!).
