Taste like chocolate!
We only bought because its hard to find chocolate chips without soy letichin which we have been avoiding anything soy. These are obviously alot more expensive than regular ones but that because of labeling for Gluten free...fyi all chocolate are gluten free really none should have gluten in them. The chips are the size of those tiny tiny ones at the store. They do just fine in baking as other chips and you cant tell the difference.

We love these chocolate chips! So glad to find some that didn't contain milk. This is the only kind I buy anymore.

Totally Addictive!!!
When I found out I was allergic to dairy, glutin & soy I wanted to cry because there would be no more Dove dark chocolates... Then came across these in my local grocery store...now I have some everyday!!! Even got my co-workers hooked...one was able to make brownies with these...so good!!! We named them 'Horrible Brownies' because they shouldn't taste this good:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 8x8 baking pan
In sauce pan (or microwave) melt 1 bag “Enjoy Life Mini Chips” and 2 tbsp “Earth Balance“ soy-free butter and 2 tbsp coconut oil
Once melted, remove from heat
Stir in ½ cup Splenda 2 ½ tbsp Agave and 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional: 1/2 tsp of Almond extract)
One mixed well, add 2 large eggs (one at a time)
Fold in 3 tbsp Arrow Root powder and 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix well until slightly thickens, pour in pan and bake for 20-27 minutes

Tastes like Nestle Tollhouse semi-sweet
These taste like the name brand semi-sweet, but they don't have the butter fat and soy lecithin that almost all of the other tasty brands have. If your looking for a Vegan alternative or just a healthier choice in chocolate chips but don't want the funky flavor of carob, this is it.
