I love these enzymes.
I could not survive without these. I am lactose and gluten intolerant. If I ingest something I should avoid, these greatly minimize the effects. I take them before every meal. I have been taking them for years.

Digestive Aids!!!!!
Eat the wrong stuff? Can't resist a little more? Wake up with a rebelling stomach? This stuff works! I wish I had known about my food sensitivities earlier in life and had found this before. I spend far less time with digestive problems and when they do happen, I can get relief.
