Flora Swedish Bitters Alcohol Free -- 3.4 fl oz
tastes AWFUL, works like a charm
You need to be forewarned in trying to swallow this stuff, it's absolutely HORRID. But it does what it's supposed to do, and very effectively at that. Be careful if you've never used it before and might be sensitive to more than just the taste - I would consider starting out at a much lower dose than the bottle directs, and working your way up. It will act as a laxative on top of aiding digestion, which can happen with very little notice, so - WATCH OUT. Good stuff. A little pricey, but at least you won't waste your money, and I am very very cheap.

Very thankful for an Alcohol Free Bitters
My experience has been very good with Flora products. I've also taken their Essiac Tea products. These bitters are just as they are supposed to be-- bitter. Bitters on the tongue signal the body to prep for digestion. So as I understand it, bitters encourage the body receptors to wake up and prepare to digest food. Bitters were first suggested to me when I was having digestive issues. The bottle says you can take 1 Tablespoon but because I am very sensitive I only a little of this on my tongue and it has helped me greatly.I've also read on the instructions that you can diluted with water or herbal tea if you want and that it can also be taken after a meal if you want to lesson that 'too full' feeling or if you have gas . Note that this must be refrigerated after opening and it is to be used within six weeks. Also I pretty much use it on heavier and cooked foods not on my raw meals. This is a pretty small bottle but I rarely use it up within six weeks. I do make sure I get a fresh bottle after 6 weeks. I am so grateful they make an alcohol free version since the alcohol does not agree with me and I think the alcohol ones taste worse than the alcohol free one.

Can't stomach the taste
I have no idea if the product works or not. It isn't called 'bitters' for nothing. It tastes absolutely horrible.
