The perfect all grains cereal!
I love most Ezekiel products, but this cereal is the most versatile. It's best hot or cold or sprinkled in yogurt with fruit. Love that it is high in protein too.

Filling and healthy cereal
This cereal is very crunchy, but if you let it soak in the milk for a few minutes it becomes softer yet still has crunch. The raisins are hard, but the soaking helps to soften them. The cereal has really good flavor to me. I do not like sugary cereals so if you enjoy your cereal with sugar this will take some getting used to. One bowl actually makes me feel satisfied instead of several. It is very filling. This is a great way to get more grains into your diet. I look forward to trying the other flavors to see how they compare. One box lasted me about a week and a half, but I didn't eat it every day.

Unusual Breakfast Cereal
This, and the other three varieties of it, is the only healthful, good-tasting breakfast cereal I've ever been able to find. It contains no cane or beet sugar and no HFC, although it does contain some malted barley, which I think is okay, and raisins. There are no added fats, preservatives, artificial colors nor flavors. It has some salt although only a little. And it tastes pretty good, all of which is very unusual for a breakfast cereal.

Good Cereal
I put it over a bowl of berries. The raisins are pretty dry & hard. I let them sit in the berry juice overnight, to soften them up.

Like Grape Nuts, but better
If you like Grape Nuts, you will like this; if not, you won't. I like to warm up almond milk and pour over a bowl for a warm, softer (less crunchy) breakfast. Sometimes I chop up an apple as well and add it to the mix. Nice protein and fiber content as well.
