I feel a difference I think that almost everyone can benefit from this excess estrogen remover. Did you know that we pick up estrogens from drinking out of a plastic cup? Anyhow, I noticed a increase in my energy once I started taking them. I was taking 2 caps at once which I think was too much since I was getting a headache every time, so I just take 1 cap. Honestly, I notice a difference. I think we all exposed to these extra estrogens daily and it's not healthy for our bodies. It's kind of like a detoxifier. Great price compared to other sites and there's quite a bit of info on this product. I will continue to use. September 3, 2008
