Nice, effective women's multivitamin This multi has given me more energy than others I've taken (like New Chapter) even though they're less expensive, which I tend to associate with inferior ingredients. But this multi contains vitamins in their natural, active forms, like B-12 (methylcobalamin) and not the more synthetic cyanocobalamin. I don't like that you need to take 4 capsules per day; I usually take 2-4 depending on what I remember to take with me. Capsules are also large, so if you have a tough time swallowing pills you'll want to get a different multi or cut this in half. April 2, 2008
