Excellent! When I learned of the health benefits of coconut oil, I tried several national and house brands to find the one I liked best. This is it! It has a lovely fresh taste, reminiscent of fresh sweet butter, and does not leave a coating on your tongue as others do. This is the one that I use on bread, crackers, vegetables and in cooking.
