Versatile green drink with no allergens I've used this for breakfast for many years, mixed with vanilla Dream Whey Protein and almond-coconut milk. It is also good by itself mixed in juice or water, and can be added to smoothies for extra nutrition. When I am too sick to eat solid food, this is how I get my veggie and fruit nutrition. It is also the only green drink I've ever found that does not contain at least one thing I am allergic to or should not have due to side effects. I think it's a great way to get vitamins without taking synthetics, that may not be in portions correct for good health. January 26, 2013
