Health Plus Pure Psyllium Husk -- 12 oz
I recommend drinking the psyllium husk in a flavored beverage - either juice or flavored water. Its easier to drink when you have a more tasty flavor than the psyllium husk flavor (which isn't bad, just bland...) I also recommend drinking it fast! Get it down before it becomes thick! Once it got thick, I couldn't finish it... You need to drink it at least once a day to get it in your system. Don't slack off! =]

Great for healthy bowels
This is a great way to supplement fiber into your diet. It helps me to maintain normal, healthy bowel movement. Just put one large teaspoon in a glass of room temp water, stir immediately and briskly, and chug! Not that bad considering the health benefits.
