Smooth and easy on your digestion I have recently had an increase in problems with my stomach: burning and pain. I've had to change my diet somewhat. Achieve the Perfect Cup of Coffee:

You should find that you can use less HealthWise™ ground coffee than other coffees and obtain the same coffee strength. For a mellow full flavor -- begin with 1 level tablespoon and increase or decrease in 1 teaspoon increments. (3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon).

Brewing Directions:

Use cold water and brew at least two 5-ounce cups at a time using one tablespoon of ground coffee.
