Easy & delicious
I haven't much researched chia yet, but compared to the other nutritional stats of a couple brands on Vitacost, I tried these. They make pudding very quickly and don't get lumpy like Bob's Red Mill Black Seeds, for some reason. (I like those too, anyway.) Maybe they're processed more, Idk. I just hope they're as good for me as people say. For people who can't have dairy or any sweetener but Stevia and fruit, this makes one heck of a pudding. Excited to keep experimenting with the ground version and cooking/baking.
