Great for kids When ever my kids are a little to wound up, whether it be from a birthday party or trouble getting relaxed at bedtime for a fun tomorrow, this is the product I run too. It taste okay and really helps settle my kids down for sleep. September 23, 2010

Issues with taste I can't honestly tell if this would have helped or not...it was too big of a fight to get my son to take it so we gave up. We even tried putting it in several different juices, but he wouldn't take it. March 12, 2008
