This stuff is awesome!!!
ok, so i have only been using this stuff for about a week, and specifically on the roots of my hair and the ends. (i am caucasian with fine wavy hair.) All i can say is wow!!! I am putting it on my roots and ends at night on dry hair, and i put some on my ends in the a.m. after i shower, EVERYDAY. I have tried other oils, but they weighed my hair down soooo bad. But i heard awesome things about castor oil and had to try it. My hair is soft, managebale, more full and just feels great! Highly recocmmended.

Great for Hair & Skin
I have thick, wavy/curly hair that is fine by the the individual strand. This translates into hair that needs moisture in the right balance, but can easily be weighed down from product build-up. Heritage Castor Oil is the only kind I use other than Jamaican Black Castor Oil on my hair. A few ounces (2) of Castor Oil, a few ounces of Coconut Oil, and a few drops of my favorite essential oil, and I am great! This small batch lasts me for a month with lightly applying the Castor Oil mix to my edges and ends to fight frizz.
