Honeybee Gardens Nail Enamel San Francisco -- 0.5 fl oz
Needs Several Coats
This is a light peachy color. I really like it, but I need 3 or 4 coats. I see a lot of complaints on this line of nail polish. I have used it for nearly 10 years and generally have it on my toes since my finger nails are constantly cooking, in dish water, in the garden, and my little one's mouth fishing for what she's put in there. I let each coat dry for just a bit and then put the next coat on. I try to put a clear coat on top too. My pedicure lasts for an average of 2-4 weeks. I can't complain about that. I love that there's virtually no odor whatsoever.

Best brand of nontoxic polish, not my fave color
I love HBG polish.
-It's nontoxic even for ultra-sensitive me - no weird odor, no reactions, it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a chunk of deadening stuff on my fingernails (I usually want to wash away other brands of polish after a few hours cause I don't like feeling like my nails are covered in vinyl).
-It's awesome polish -- goes on smoothly almost as well as OPI or other salon polishes, blends together to hide the fact that I'm an unskilled nail polisher, so it looks good.
-It lasts well, esp with a topcoat. I've never found another nontoxic brand that doesn't just peel right off in a couple hours. This lasts for a week on my fingernails (with a topcoat, for days without) and weeks and weeks on my feet.
-It comes off okay with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. I may try their polish remover to see if it works better. But my experience is that nontoxic polish is a little harder to get off, so I don't mind.
However -- I didn't love this shade. It's basically fingernail color only a little whitish/yellowish-er, and shiny. It didn't look attractive with my warm skintone. Would look good on someone else maybe but not to my taste. I thought it would be pinker.
Also this shade was a little trickier to put on. The blue and the purple (Tease, I think) had a different texture and really went on smooth.

A non-toxic nail color that goes on easily, lasts and lasts, and comes off with rubbing alcohol? All true! Even on my toenails-- no chipping or fading for 2 weeks, and it really did come off with rubbing alcohol.
The easiest removal method is to saturate a cotton ball with alcohol, put it on the nail and let it soak in for a minute or two, then rub. No problems!
Also, this San Fransisco is a very feminine peachy apricot color-- demure, suitable for all ages, appropriate for a professional look.
Very highly recommended!

Golden shining color, not easy to apply.
It has the same con that most shining nail polish normally has, that is it can not be brushed smoothly. And the color is too warm and shining for daily using.

Didn't last even one single day
It's too soft to last even one single day on my nails.
Pros: no annoying chemical smell
Cons: not durable and not easy to apply.
