Can't live without it
I have a hard time drinking water without getting my electrolytes all diluted and getting lightheaded and fatigued. Several of these tablets in my water bottle, and it really makes a difference in how I feel.

Best solution for heat & humidity/sun stroke/etc.
I have lived in the Tampa Bay area now for over 7 years and I have tried every other supplement, salt tablet, electrolyte product to battle heat & humidity, heat exhaustion, sun stroke, etc. They always left me with painful leg cramps at night. Bananas and avocados are good natural sources but I can't eat bananas and avoes aren't always in season. Since Hylands Bioplasma is a homeopathic product it doesn't have a drug like effect or reaction. It is more convenient than mix packs as it has all the minerals you need in a very small package. 4 small tabs unter the tongue and it dissolves in seconds and symptoms start to vanish in minutes or less. Taken with a meal and I never have heat exhaustion or sun stroke symptoms no matter what I do during the day. More cost effective than a box of Emergen C.

These were recommended by my daughter's pediatrician. I take them and give them to my daughter. They make us feel better.

Love it
As someone who is new to homeopathy it was nice to find a website that sells good product at a reasonable price. My kids do not mind the taste which aids in me keeping them healthy.
