Can't live without it
I have a hard time drinking water without getting my electrolytes all diluted and getting lightheaded and fatigued. Several of these tablets in my water bottle, and it really makes a difference in how I feel.

Best solution for heat & humidity/sun stroke/etc.
I have lived in the Tampa Bay area now for over 7 years and I have tried every other supplement, salt tablet, electrolyte product to battle heat & humidity, heat exhaustion, sun stroke, etc. They always left me with painful leg cramps at night. Bananas and avocados are good natural sources but I can't eat bananas and avoes aren't always in season.
