This product relieves leg cramps as soon as applied, but you have to wash your hands well afterwards.

Effective product
I use the ointment as a preemptive treatment, which has greatly reduced the occurrence of leg or thigh muscle cramps; used in morning and prior to bed-time.

This product eases the pain in my feet and legs.
I was injured at the top of my spine in an accident in 2006. The injury causes foot and leg cramps because of nerve damage. Hylands leg cramp ointment eases that pain quickly for me. I will definitely keep using it!
