Good Cheat Tool I really feel these do work! I use them whenever I stray from a usual low carb lifestyle. I took a bottle of these when I went on a 7 day cruise, ate what ever I wanted, when I wanted using 2 pills before each meal. Only gained 2 lbs, which is a huge victory on a 7 day cruise.
