Jarrow Formulas Iso-Rich Soy™ -- 32 oz
Smooth, Delicious, and affordable
I've tried a LOT of different milk-free protein and this is by far the best. Not grainy at all! I love this and is the only protein powder I'll buy.

Use it in pancakes
Adds tasty protein to the pancakes I make from scratch with spelt flour. Turns pancakes into a "staying" power breakfast.

Love Vitacost Did not like Jarrow soy protein
I have been a Vitacost customer for many years and they are Great. Very fast delivery times and always the best treatment by all personel, however this product I found to be Tasteless inspite of it being marked as vanilla bean it is also too powdery. I will go back to other products from Vitacost but this one.

Basic soy protien isolate; good price
Comparison to optimum nutrition soy protein, I did not find that it mixed as easily, however, the price is better. I use this to make a soy pancake/crepe. Of the two brands, I use a 2:1 ratio, mostly for cost effectiveness. Recipe for crepes: 4 whole jumbo eggs, and 4 egg whites. Beat egg whites until fluffy, add yolks of 4 eggs. Add 31/2 scoops of protein powder, beat until smooth. Mix 2 teaspoons cream of tartar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and pour into 1/2 cup fat free milk. Can add 2 Tablespoons splenda. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla, stir and immediately pour into batter. Mix. Batter will be thin. Cook in skillet sprayed with pam. Turn when bubbles pop. Cook only until light brown. Can be frozen.(I make a stack heat on skillet) I top with strawberry preserves before serving.
