King Arthur Flour Brownie Mix Gluten Free -- 17 oz
Adjust recipe for high elevations. Great brownies.
I've tried many gf brownie mixes and King Arthu's brand is the best. My family likes the flavor, moistness, and thickness. We do include walnuts when we make them. These brownies are fat and wonderful. We live at 4200 feet and the brownies fail miserably unless i put an extra egg & one tablespoon of gf flour in the mix. Then they are as perfect as if at sea level.

Bad nutrition list
While this is gluten and soy free which I love, the nutrition label is misleading. Upon looking at the package the serving size is 3 tablespoons which has 18 grams of sugar. I can estimate 1 brownie may have double or triple that. This is really just gluten free junk food.

Just finished the last brownie...
This pan of brownies went fast! This was a very tasty brownie mix and I didn't miss that gluten one little bit. :) I added some walnuts to the batter and they baked up wonderfully. Will buy this one again.

Vitacost Slightly Better in Bake-Off
I did a three-way bakeoff between Glutino, Vitacost and King Arthur brand brownie mix. I added 1/2 c. chocolate chips and no nuts to each recipe, otherwise I followed the directions on each box. Glutino used the least butter, but did not rise as well as the others, and therefore ended up a little gooier than the other two. I have to say, although everyone liked all three brands, tasters felt the Vitacost brand was slightly better in all categories (chocolaty flavor, rise, and chewy texture).

Best brownies ever!
These GF brownies are amazing. I took them to a gathering to make brownie sundaes and everyone raved about them. No one could tell they were GF. This is our favorite brownie mix, GF or not! Extremely moist and chewy... The perfect brownie.
