Pancakes again! My gluten-free diet went fine for years until I got used to being healthy. Now I am beginning to want what others have. After experimenting on my own, I decided maybe packaged gluten free flours would be good. It takes a while to get used to the "look" you need to make a good product, but of all I have tried, King Arthur is a very usable product that helps make tasty muffins and pancakes. Try it! It's nice not to be the one left out at breakfast. April 22, 2013
Excellent! This is the best gluten free flour that I have ever cooked with, but I have not tried it for baking yet. Gravies, fish & chips, various breadings, etc., this stuff is outstanding. -Bear January 19, 2013
