Store in pantry until needed. Open and pour. Ready-to-use in any recipe calling for stock, broth, bouillon or water. Heat until hot. After opening, keeps in fridge for up to 7 days. You may freeze for later use (but do not microwave box). Use in any recipe calling for stock, broth, bouillon or water, replacing the liquid with an equal part of Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock. If salt is not a concern, bring out extra flavor by adding salt to the dish. Each shake of the salt shaker adds 100-200mg of sodium to the dish.

Best ever I buy this all the time. I'm a person who enjoys her cooking. I use Broth in almost everything that calls for Water. It makes your cooking so much more flavorful. Using Broth in your recipes adds so much flavor and richness, you'll never go back. And it is a good Quality, with Very Low Sodium. Hard to find. And the price helps also. Amazing Flavor in your Pot Kitchen Basics No added Salt Chicken Stock is by far the best tasting chicken stock I have ever used. This stock has a very intense chicken flavor without the game-y or overly salty taste that I have encountered with some of the other brands. It is delightfully seasoned and one can taste the sweetness that comes from the fresh vegetable stock that it is made with. The other ingredients of honey, bay, thyme and just a hint of pepper add more depth of flavor and a very home made character to the stock. I have used it straight from the container or it can of course be diluted for a lighter but still quite flavorful broth. Because it is low in sodium and has no fat and only 20 calories it is compatible for those watching their weight, etc. Oh and just in case you need it, one cup of this contains 5 grams of protein. I truly hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I go through about 2-3 containers each week! May 3, 2013
Kitchen BASICS is the perfect name! I use this product for making soups, cooking rice and steaming vegetables. My favorite recipe is for kale or collards. Wash and chop the greens and simmer for a couple of hours in this stock, with garlic, olive oil and the juice of one-half large lime. Just a dash of salt, if you must. Wonderful! February 14, 2013
