Exactly what I wanted
It's hard enough to find unsweetened coconut, and I've never come across these big flakes in my store. Absolutely love them - great texture and flavor. My favorite use is adding them to my overnight oats and quinoa.

Delicious!
This is wonderful coconut with large flakes. I've been using it in fruit salad, and I can actually taste it! I like using unsweetened coconut but usually am not able to taste it. We really like this product.

Love this product. Fresh and tasty
I have been buying these coconut flakes for awhile and they taste VERY fresh with a great coconut taste. Although they are crispy they go great in protein drinks or straight out of the bag as a snack. I highly recommend them.
