So easy to take
Getting enough calcium and mag. every day meant taking 3 giant horse pills!! Needless to say, that was a little difficult. Using this liquid is so much easier. I just use a shot glass!! Pour it in and drink it down. Then put a little water in the glass and drink what's left to be sure you get all of the goodness.

helps me sleep
this calcium in liquid forms works wonders to help me sleep, i really notice a difference when I don't take it, I take it right along with 50mg of 5-htp, Vitacost has the best price by far!
