Miracle Noodle Shirataki Angel Hair Gluten Free -- 7 oz
I was SO scared to try them.....
I didn't read reviews on the miracle noodles until AFTER I ordered them! So I was so scared to even try them that it took me about 2 months to get the guts ti try them! Let me tell you I am SO happy I did! Being from Louisiana the fish smell wasn't strong for me. I rinsed them very well and threw them in a skillet for about 3 minutes to remove excess water and when you do this they aren't as rubbery! I sprayed them with 0 calorie spray butter added a little non-fat cheese and the ONLY calories or fat I was getting was from the cheese!!! These are amazing and I can't wait to try them with different toppings! They REALLY do soak up all the flavor!

Being a "grain-free" eater, I am so grateful for these! Yes, they smell fishy when you open them. Just rinse them in hot water for a minute or two, and that smell is gone. I wouldn't eat them plain, but I love them in an oriental soup or with a well flavored sauce. So low in carbs, fat and calories that although they add so much texture to a dish, they are like cheating because you don't add any of the bad qualities of regular pasta or rice….I always have some on hand!

Makes a great meal
I saw these on Dr. Oz and they looked interesting. They are a bit pricy, compared to pasta but they are super low in calories and when paired with a seasoned sauce are better than any macaroni I have used. I like them best with homemade basil pesto. They are super filling.

This product is fantastic
this is the best zero calorie pasta. The best way to make this is to open the package and drain, run under cold water for 2 minutes put in a microwave steamer and cook on high for 2 minutes, take out of microwave and drain any liquid from the bottom of the steamer, then microwave again on high for 2 minutes. remove excess water and add to your favorite sauces or even as a bed for streamed veggies add your favorite seasonings and there you have it a very low calorie dish. You can do that with all the noodles. Just don't freeze them they will disappear!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!
