Mood, energy and muscle definition has improved I've been using Chrysin 500 for just over two months and I must say I feel different for the better. I am a 51 year old guy and my desire to weight train and pedal my mountain bike up steep hills has increased. I and others are seeing my muscle definition improving and it seems like those steep hills that I pedal on are no longer a big challenge.
