Seems to be working, Great Taste! (Grape) I am not a bodybuilding or supplement expert, but this product seems to be working. I can tell a difference in my recovery after a workout and I have noticed improvement in the weight I can lift, my muscle hardness, and the pace at which my body is gaining muscle. I reviewed the ingredients with my doctor and she said most of these ingredients are relatively harmless, so that's a plus for me. The taste is great! (Grape). I'm also taking Fruit Punch NeuroCore and I don't like the taste, so I'm sticking with Grape for the MyoBuild. August 15, 2012
