Nana's Gluten Free Cookie Ginger -- 3.5 oz
Better than Expected
I only ordered one of these and now I wish I had a whole case. I was not expecting the delicate melt-in-your-mouth crumb that these ginger cookies have. I often have bad reactions with cookies, but these left me feeling fine, and happy, and the ginger probably helped with digestion. What a treat. Thank you Vitacost.... (is there a box of them that would lower the per cookie price?

Something about the taste/texture that I love
This is a very soft cookie and it can easily crumble, but in my opinion it makes up for it in taste. It has a taste that is very nutritious and yet very addictive that I love, maybe it's the different flour they use? I'm not sure, but my mother loves them as well and I try to include some for her too in my order whenever I order from vitacost. I would recommend it, it's different but delicious.

Not as bad as some reviews
I eat ginger cookies because I have bad motion sickness. I carry the cookies with me just in case, and this cookie is a replacement for some that have been discontinued. This is a soft cookie. It is broken upon receipt because of the nature of the ingredients. I eat it in pieces anyway, so that was not a problem for me. It is a little dry, but if you need ginger, it does the trick. I liked the flavor and ate the entire cookie in one drive. It kept the sickness away.
