Really good supplement!
I like this product, but the pill can be difficult to swallow.

using 3 months
I have been using this for three months. I can't say it has done anything for me one way or the other. Will continue to take for three more monthss and then decide how I feel about it. They do taste good and have no after taste.

Great Stuff
I take it with every meal that has carbs in it. It definitely works. I do not get the afternoon carb crash at my desk. I also have noticed that I do not feel heavy after eating a meal. My son takes it as well. It has become part of our eating regimine. We're on our second bottle now and I always make sure to take this stuff with me wherever I go. Pleasant cinnamon smell too. Works great!
