Still the Best Long term user of this multi vitamin in capsule form but it was on back order for many months. Decided to try the pill form and I am not disappointed. Felt the pick-up after taking this vitamin again. It's a quality product, JMOP. July 12, 2010

A REALLY COMPLETE MULTIVITAMIN I have been taking this multivitamin for many years. It has everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING I need. It meets my calcium requirement, no other pills needed. I definitely have more energy serge when I take this on a regular basis. Other multivitamins I have tried fall short. Also important, I have IBS and many supplements cause me problems. This does not! I highly recommend this product February 17, 2010

Almost My Favorite Multiple I really like the price of this product and it is more effective than the other product I used to use, but I really wish it was easier to swallow. I have a very hard time swallowing it without choking. Other than that it is my favorite! November 25, 2007
