Works great!! I had been using Biotin for my hair and nails. No real improvement. Then I began using Natrol Skin Hair Nails. Within the 1st bottle, I saw dramatic results. My nails have always been like celophane, very thin and weak. Now, my nails are growing fast, and they're harder than they ever were before! Great product, I love it and will continue to get it. Hair and Nails Don't really see a difference, personally. But like the ingredients in this product and the fact that it's taken twice per day rather than overload with one huge dose. August 31, 2008
