Nature Made Prenatal Multi Plus DHA -- 90 Liquid Softgels
Great Product for price
When I found out I was pregnant my doctor gave me a list of all the things that my prenatal vitamin should contain and the amounts of each. This vitamin covered almost everything except calcium, which I was easily able to purchase separately. I take the vitamin with lunch everyday and haven't had a single issue with nausea, etc. Overall I'm very pleased, mainly with the content of the vitamin in terms of doctor recommendations, especially someone on a budget.

They contain DYE!
I bought these while still breastfeeding and failed to notice until I opened them and looked closer that these vitamins contain red 40, yellow 6 and blue 1. I was appalled to find out that my vitamins contained these dyes! There is NO REASON for vitamins to contain dyes. I would definitely purchase something else safer for consumption.

Ordered two bottles of these to last me the remainder of my pregnancy. They are way to big to swallow. And forget trying to if you have nausea at all. Literally made me gag. I put one in water to see what would happen and it was disgusting. It expanded into what seemed like a rubber and did not go way for a couple days and the inside was just a mussy substance that did not dissolve either. I thew it out after two days of waiting to see if it would dissolve. Wish I'd take photos to post on here.
