This definitely helps with digestion. Helps with digestion, especially if you have had a big meal and feel too full. Senna extract shouldn't be used for longer than a few weeks, so I choose not to use this product daily. I use it for one week on and one week off. The taste is strong with camphor, but not terrible if you have a chaser ready. This will be in my medicine cabinet from now on. January 11, 2013

I do not like it I only experienced bad effects from using this product. It caused me to be tired and spaced out. I bought it because I heard bitters was an aid to digestion. I have used a different brand of bitters before (Angostura Aromatic) in drinks and never experienced this problem. September 12, 2011
